Refund Policy

We provide a 5-day limited refund warranty on our HubSpot themes.

Reasons to request a refund

  • The product has a major and unfixable flaw making it unusable.
    Please submit a support ticket with a detailed explanation of what the major flaws are. Refund will not be accepted if support was not first given the chance to resolve the issues encountered or the issues encountered are caused by third-party customization.
  • You purchased on the incorrect portal and would like to re-purchase on the correct portal.
    If you accidentally purchased the product on the wrong portal and wish to buy it on the correct one, kindly make the new purchase first on the right portal. Then, request a refund for the initial purchase on the incorrect portal, specifying the situation in the refund request reason. If the purchases were made under different names, please inform us in the refund request reason so we can verify the second purchase.

Reasons why a refund will not be given

  • You bought the product by mistake.
    Please make sure to thoroughly review your purchase before finalizing any transactions in the HubSpot marketplace.
  • You changed your mind or the product did not meet your expectations.
    We (Lynton) strive to create themes that are easy to use, meet industry standards, and still allow enough customization to make your websites unique. However, as is the nature of themes, we cannot meet everyone's needs. Please thoroughly research the themes in the marketplace before making a final decision. You can request access to a demo portal of our paid themes and also reach out to us through our support ticket service at any time for questions about our products. We are more than happy to provide thorough explanations to ensure that the product you are considering meets your requirements.
  • There are small bugs or issues. 
    We regularly address and resolve bugs and issues as soon as they are reported. If you encounter any bugs, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot/screen-recording and a brief description, and our team will work on fixing them promptly.
  • You have insufficient expertise to use the product.
